CrossTrainer Home Gym. The CrossTrainer is a unique, patent pending home gym
that gives the user their favorite cable gym exercise stations such as, High
pulley station (lat pull downs etc.), low pulley station (seated rows etc.)
seated leg extension, standing leg curls.
Then the unique
starts...the weight stack for the "super-smooth" cable exercises is a
free weight dumbbell station that allows the user access to 9, 28 or 37 pairs
of dumbbells! This gives the user the variety of over 100 free weight dumbbell
exercises as well as the cable exercises in a compact L shaped home gym that
fits quite nicely in a corner of their house.
You can use a 5-45 lbs per
hand, 5-85 lbs per hand, or 5-125 lbs per hand PowerBlock dumbbell set in the
free weight station giving the user 10-80, 20-160 or 30-240 lbs of resistance
in 2.5 lb increments for the cable gym exercises. PowerBlock products are made
in USA and carry a 10 year warranty
