How to use & care
A comfortable fit makes the difference
Position the Therabody logo at the centre of the lower back, secure the primary closure, then adjust the outer compression straps to your preferred support.
Starting a session
- Fully charge the device before first use with the supplied USB-C cable.
- Wrap the device around the waist with the treatment panel centred on the lower back.
- Secure the main straps, then tighten the outer compression straps comfortably.
- Press and hold the power button, then select heat, vibration and LED settings.
- For direct NIR LED exposure, position the inner panel against bare skin.
- Stop the session if the heat or compression becomes uncomfortable.
Cleaning & storage
- Power off and unplug the device before cleaning.
- Spot clean the inner strap surface with a damp microfiber cloth.
- Clean the LED surface only as directed in the official user manual.
- Allow the wrap to dry completely before use or storage.
- Do not machine wash, submerge or clean under running water.
- Use the travel lock during transport and store in the soft case.
