We deliver all over the United Arab Emirates – Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and all other Emirates. Once the order is confirmed, it generally takes 1-4 working days for delivery completion. We also offer free shipping for all orders if the total order value is above 100 AED. For international shipping, please check with us over email or phone to get the rates.
Free delivery shall not be applicable for orders received from remote areas. Customers may contact our sales representatives to get more information about the additional charges.
If you’d like to return an item, contact our friendly Customer Service Team on +971 50 842 9475, email at email@example.com, within 7 days of receiving your item, provided the product is still in its original packaging, unopened, unused and sent back to us within 7 days of receiving the item. After examining the condition of the returned product, a refund will be done within 4-10 working days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please make sure to contact us within 1 business day from the day your order is delivered if you find any defects in the item.
However, in the case of equipment, once the product is shipped and installation is done, we will not accept the return of the product. At the time of installation, if in case, any manufacturing defect is detected, the equipment will either be repaired free of cost or replaced as a final measure.
Please see below for a list of items we cannot accept returns on:
- products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them;
- any product which has been used;
- any unassembled products that have been assembled or installed with no defects or faults;
- products with tampered or missing serial numbers; or
- products are not eligible for a return in case of "Change of mind"
- products that fall under specific health and hygiene-related products categories, including but not limited to swimwear, wearable technology, socks, nutrition products, earplugs, goggles, swimming paddles/fins, sports bras, panties, gloves, insoles, bandages, hand wraps, towels, mats and other similar items.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours from the time of online card payment. Orders once shipped cannot be canceled, you will have to submit a return request.
Once we received and inspected the return shipment, refund payment will be processed in 7-10 working days. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and you will be credited via the same original method of payment.
A qualified engineer will set up your home equipment at a time that suits you. This service is generally applicable for equipments only. Installation service will not be covered for the below items;
- Pull up Bars
- Hooks for punching bags
- Basketball Hoop
For Cash on Delivery Orders payment will be collected upon delivery of the equipment. Installation of the equipment shall be done within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
A standard warranty of 1 Year from the date of purchase is applicable on all equipment. The warranty covers both labor and spare parts.
