Delivery Policy
Here is an overview of our delivery charges based on your location and order value:
United Arab Emirates:
- Cart Value AED 150 or above: No delivery charge.
- Cart Value below AED 150: Delivery Charge of AED 20.
Please note that free delivery does not apply to orders from remote areas. Contact our sales representatives for additional charge details.
Saudi Arabia:
- Cart Value SAR 1000 or above: No delivery charge.
- Cart Value below SAR 1000: Delivery Charge of SAR 250.
Cash/Card on Delivery is not available for customized equipment and specialized game tables. For remote regions in UAE and KSA, Cash/Card on Delivery is not applicable. Installation may take 3-6 working days in such cases.
Installation Policy
We provide free installation for equipment orders in UAE and KSA. Our qualified engineers will set up your equipment at your convenience. However, please note that the following items are not eligible for installation:
- Brackets
- Pull up Bars.
- Hooks for punching bags
- Basketball Hoop
- Benches
- Anything that involves Drilling
In KSA, free installation is available for orders from Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and provinces within a 100 km radius of these cities. Additional charges apply outside this zone. Contact our sales representatives for details. Installation of the equipment shall be completed within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
United Arab Emirates:
- To initiate a return, contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your item, provided it's unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Returns for equipment are not accepted after installation unless a manufacturing defect is detected.
- Certain items, such as used or damaged products, assembled items with no defects, and specific health and hygiene-related products, cannot be returned.
Regarding equipment, once the product has been shipped and installed, we do not accept returns. If a manufacturing defect is detected during installation, the equipment will either be repaired at no cost or replaced as a final solution.
Please refer to the following list of items that are ineligible for returns:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer and are not in the same condition as when received.
- Any product that has been previously used.
- Unassembled products that have been assembled or installed without any defects or faults.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
- Products that are not eligible for return due to a "Change of mind."
- Products falling under specific health and hygiene-related categories, which include but are not limited to swimwear, wearable technology, socks, nutrition products, earplugs, goggles, swimming paddles/fins, sports bras, panties, gloves, insoles, bandages, hand wraps, towels, mats, and similar items.
Please note that the return and refund policy does not apply to manufacturing and pre-ordered items.
Saudi Arabia:
- We do not accept returns for shipments to KSA and Oman once the product is dispatched.
- You may cancel your order before dispatch for a refund within 2-5 working days.
General:
- For equipment requiring installation, returns cannot be processed after delivery and installation.
- If a manufacturing defect is found during installation, it will be repaired or replaced.
- Refunds are initiated within 2-5 working days after examining the returned product.
- Please note that the return and refund policy does not apply to manufacturing and pre-ordered items.
In the event that a payment is made through a third-party payment gateway, such as Tabby, Postpay or Tap, and a refund is requested for a particular order, our refund process will be as follows:
- Processing Refunds: We will diligently process your refund request.
- Third-Party Transaction Fees: It is imperative to understand that Tabby or similar third-party payment gateways may impose transaction fees upon us for the processing of the initial transaction.
- Deduction from Refund: To ensure transparency and financial prudence, we will deduct the exact amount charged to us by Tabby from the refund amount to be issued to you.
This approach is adopted to maintain financial transparency and to account for the fees associated with the original transaction.
