  1. Are the products in the image similar to the one real one that I receive?

    We strive to provide accurate and high-quality images of our products on our website. However, there may be slight variations in colour or appearance due to differences in lighting or computer monitors.
  2. When will my order get delivered?

    We fulfill our customer's orders within 2-3 Working days in UAE. Please note that the delivery time may be impacted by factors that is beyond our control such as weather condition, Shipping carrier's delay, etc. If you have any concerns about the delivery, feel to call us on +971 50 842 9475.
  3. How Do I place the order on your website?

    You can either checkout directly from our website or you can order the product through our WhatsApp. If you have any doubts, feel free to call us on 971 050 842 9475.

  4. What Payment methods do you accept?

    We Accept a variety of payment methods to make it easy for our customers to complete the order. We also provide instalment plans to our customers. To make their shopping easy and hazel free.
  5. Do you provide a warranty?

    Yes, we do provide a warranty on most of our products. The length and terms of the warranty vary on the product and the manufacturer's policy.

  6. How much is your shipping cost?

    We offer free delivery all over UAE for orders above 150 AED. The shipping charges will be 15 AED for orders below 150 AED without VAT.  

  7. Can I track my order?

    Yes, you can track your order. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched you will receive a mail where you will be provided with a link to track your order using the order ID of your Invoice.

  8. Do you do international shipping?

    Yes, we do international shipping around GCC. But If you want to ship to other countries other than GCC, we can, but you should have a shipping agent in UAE or our team can find one for you.
