with a focus on simplicity of design, maximum performance, and low cost. Only
the best components have been used, including pulleys made of
fiberglass-reinforced nylon, oversized hardware, and 2" x 4" x 12
gauge high tensile strength steel.
The EXM2500S is equipped with 210 lbs. of precisely machined cast iron resistance to handle even your most difficult strength training routines.
Each of the precisely built, biomechanically designed stations quickly produces muscle growth and definition.

impressive array of mechanical and ergonomic features if you look at the

The EXM2500S offers more

its Leg Extension/Leg Curl, Lat Pull Down, Seated Row, and Ab Crunch stations.
Stations
- Upper pulley: This is your high pulley system,
and it can be used for standard exercises like lat pulldowns and tricep
extensions. However, you can use this station for any high-pulley exercise
you can think of.
- Press arms: Bench presses and shoulder
presses are performed here on the press arms. The addition of the neutral
grip handles allows for more variation, which is nice.
- Middle pulley: You can perform seated
tricep extensions, standing rows, ab crunches, and other exercises using
the middle pulley, which is situated directly above/behind the pec fly
seat.
- Pec station: You can perform rear delt
flys or pec flys at the pec station (turn around so your chest is
against the back support).
- Leg developer: This is the standard leg
station where you can do hamstring curls or knee extensions.
- Lower pulley: With this versatile station, you
can carry out a variety of exercises like shrugs, standing bicep curls,
upright rows, and seated rows.
With a built-in foot
plate, Body-Solid designed this one to be almost a standalone station. You can
hit your hips with the included ankle cuff as well.
