Reach new levels of stamina and conditioning with the R1 Speed Rope from Rage Fitness. The R1 is considered to be the world’s fastest speed rope and was designed and tested to outperform all other jump ropes on the market today. It's handles were specifically designed to eliminate friction at high speeds, thus making the rope easier to handle. The cord itself measures a total of 11 feet and can easily be adjusted to the proper length using a pair of wire cutters.

Determining the proper length for your speed rope is simple, just place both feet side by side while standing on top of the middle of the rope and adjust the length till it reaches your armpits. Take note of the length as you'll need to know where to cut it. (See instructions below)

Once your overall conditioning and technique improves then you can further shorten the rope to get an even more challenging workout.

Instructions for Adjusting the Rage R1 Speed Rope:

Step 1: Remove black vinyl cap from coated speed cable
Step 2: Unscrew silver collar
Step 3: Cut blue speed cable wire to desired length using wire cutters (See "Determining Proper Length" section above)
Step 4: Make sure 2 dots on handle swivel are facing direction of silver collar
Step 5: Install silver collar and tighten set screw
