The SP4203-P is built around the SP-4203 Full Power Rack and adds an integrated lifting platform for Olympic lifts, deadlifts, squats, bench press, pull-ups, rack pulls, and resistance band training. The fully enclosed rack design provides extra safety and control during heavy lifts, while the platform helps improve lifting stability and protects the gym floor.

The platform includes a 1524 mm / 5 ft × 3048 mm / 10 ft hardwood insert, rubber impact zones to help reduce noise and protect flooring, and a ramp to help roll a bench onto the platform.
