Theragun Mini is a pocket-sized, ultra-agile massage device that provides high-quality muscle treatment while allowing for maximum mobility. It has a Quiet Force TechnologyTM QX35 motor, a 150-minute total battery life, a compact, moveable design, and three-speed settings. The QX35's brushless motor ensures quality treatment anytime, anywhere; easy-to-hold handles provide an ergonomic grip and reduce strain on your hands and wrists; and you can choose from 1750, 2100, or 2400 percussions per minute. How to use:

Press and hold the multi-functional power/speed button on the right side of the device for 2 seconds to turn on the Theragun mini.
Float the device over the areas that need to be treated, applying light to moderate pressure as needed.
Toggle between the three speeds presses the power/speed button again.
When using the mini, make sure the attachment is perpendicular to the skin. Only the device's attachment should make contact with the skin or area being treated. Use the device at an angle that does not allow the percussive arm to come into contact with the skin.
To turn the Theragun mini off, press and hold the power/speed button firmly until it turns off.
