The Tiguar step is suitable for home fitness as well as for group fitness. It is an extremely versatile product and can be used to develop various muscle groups as well as exercise with and without a barbell. These nonslip mats on top of the step during training prevent you start to sliding, no matter what intensity, are required.

In order to increase the number of possibilities during your training, we have equipped the tiguar step with a system of six handles, thanks to which you can train using the tiguar maxi tube tubing. We have also designed special step pads that allow you to raise it by two levels (20 and 24 cm) or change its angle and use it as a bench.
