Less welds and less bolts make this piece of equipment extremely solid. Made by a sole 6 mm fold-flat sheet it has got four welds for the sockets where you place the uprights. With a wide foot print of 92 x 63 cm and a strong frame it’s impossible to overturn the sled during the heaviest workouts.

You can go ridiculously heavy. You can easily load up to 200kg on the central upright. The two uprights for the set up can be placed in the four sockets to let you push it backwards without turning the loaded sled.

We have added protective plastic skis under the metal plate to greatly reduce the risk of floor damage for those training in an indoor gym space. 

Because there is no eccentric stress you won’t crush your nervous system, which allows you to do high volume training frequently. Use it on your de-load or recovery days. There are so many ways you can use it. You can’t go wrong with this one.
