The ProForm 210 CSX exercise bike has an inertia enhanced 7kg (15.4lbs) flywheel and offers 16 levels of Silent Magnetic Resistance that provide the intensity to get you working out. There are 14 pre-set workout apps to choose from, plus an onboard 8-week weight loss programme, target Watts programme and a manual one, and the indoor bike is compatible with iFit technology to provide access to personalized interactive workouts.
As you cycle you can measure your heart rate by holding the pulse sensors or by wearing an optional Bluetooth Smart chest strap. The silver tinted LCD display will show your feedback, including speed, RPM, Watts, time, distance, calories, resistance and pulse, and you can adjust the seat height to suit different users.
