The ProForm 305 CST is for anyone looking to improve their fitness through walking or light jogging. Whereas the size of most treadmills can restrict them to larger homes or home gyms, this compact design can be accommodated in smaller spaces and has a folding space saver feature for easier storage when not in use.

The machine is capable of 0-10% incline and 0-16KPH (10 MPH) so users can run at higher speeds or inclines if they wish to increase the workout intensity as their fitness improves.
Each level can easily be selected through shortcut keys – a really useful feature when you’re working out so you can quickly change between a slow pace while walking uphill to a quicker one during flat sections without having to repeatedly press a button – perfect for interval training.
There are 16 built-in programs – all are incline, calorie or speed based. Each program becomes progressively harder so you can continue to challenge yourself and keep yourself motivated as your fitness increases.
