The Body Solid LK8150 elliptical trainer G815 offers maximum reliability and precision. You don't need electric mains for this equipment unless you want the monitor to be constantly switched on while not pedalling. The structure is raised 50 mm above floor level with rubber tipped feet to provide access for cleaning and vacuuming without scratching the paint. It also offers “Anti-derailment” self-guiding system which allows stride rate to be increased safely.
Monitor: The top screen displays the various pre-set exercise profiles and current exertion levels, while the bottom alphanumeric screen is used to guide the user when selecting the exercise as well as to display information about the exercise both during the exercise. It also has a 4LED window at the very bottom to simultaneously show information for Time, distance, calories/inclination and pulse rate.
Programs: Offers manual, preset profiles with intensity levels each, User Program, Fitness Test for Men and Women, HRC and SWR.
On-screen information: Time, distance, strides, strides / min, pulse, calories, watts, and exercise control charts.
