The Bowflex LateralX LX5i improves your mobility through variable movements. The possibility of moving in three different directions enables you to stimulate different muscles and therefore train your whole body. Both grips give you a safe hold and with the dynamic grips you can exercise even more muscles. Exercising on the LX5i is joint-friendly and you burn 39% more calories in only 16min as you would on a normal crosstrainer. The crosstrainer has powerful spring pedals for a comfortable run.
The Bowflex LateralX app informs you about your progress
The crosstrainer has 10 different exercise programs and 10 resistance levels, keeping your training variable, intensive and effective. The 7.5” LCD backlit display shows important information such as time, distance covered and calorie use during training. It is also possible to measure your pulse with the hand pulse sensors on the handlebars. You can save up to 4 user profiles, making it possible to save your training and look them up at any time. The console is very user-friendly, with control buttons on the handlebars. The crosstrainer has a media rack with a tablet holder, making it possible to watch your favourite movies and series while you train, making your exercise much more entertaining than before. You also have the possibility to acces the Bowflex Radio app. Make your own playlist with your favourite genre and charge your energy supply with the right music.
